## Jennifer Seals, FNP

Jennifer is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in the field for 24 years. She is an avid athlete who strives to outwork everyone in the room.

She has experienced first-hand what the effects of aging can have upon energy level, sleep, strength, endurance, mood, and relationships. Navigating the current health care system to get help can be frustrating and, most commonly, leaves you without answers.

Being able to look outside the box of conventional treatment options for aging men and women can provide the "feel good, look good" that we all strive to hold on to.

We keep our patient panel small on purpose. That is what makes same-day and next-day appointments possible, and why you speak with your provider rather than a call centre.

Appointments can be in person at our Windsor office, virtual, or handled by phone, email, or text — whichever suits the question you have.
