Direct Primary Care is a cash-pay membership agreement between you and your provider. Appointments can be in person, virtual, or even by email or text. The average insurance-based patient waits over two weeks to be seen; we keep our panel small so we are available whenever your needs arise. Contracting directly with labs and imaging centers also lowers the cost of testing, and those discounts are passed on to you.

## Easy steps to great service

   ### Request Consultation
   Each initial visit includes a full history, a review of lifestyle and treatment goals, laboratory evaluation, and a treatment plan. Your initial consult fee is applied to the cost of treatment.

   ### Complete Initial Paperwork
   Intake paperwork is emailed at the time you book your consult. Please provide the legal name used on your government ID.

   Step 03
   ### Schedule An Appointment
   A one-hour intake appointment is held in person to review your history, goals, lab results, and treatment options. Follow-up visits can be scheduled as telehealth.
